Encoding Problem

These days, I was puzzled by the Encoding problem. I had worked out a French file. But it was not displayed well in UltraEdit. There was another French file which was extracted from another database in well displaying.

I had not found out the final solution. My mentor and my friends told me there was some transferring tools could realize it. I should pay more on it. Some day, I had written some function for UTF8 encoding transferring. But it was on Chinese. Nowadays, I would pay more attention on other languages.
