回家的感觉真好。

北京的感觉
上大学以来第二次回家，也是第一次真正在北京感受到了北京的气息。
我们从哈尔滨到北京来的路上还算顺利，但是从北京到四川的票就没有这么好买了。我们仅仅买到了一个慢车的站票，明天上午就只能坐上火车碰运气看能不能在车上找到座位了。
早上6点整我们到达北京，像三年前一样，我们又坐着公共汽车来到北京西站。可是排了老长的队伍，结果我们仅仅买到了慢车票而且没有座位。
我们在去找丁师兄的途中我将北京好好的观察了一下。公汽上我们遇上几位老人。我们让给他们座位后，开始和他们聊了起来。北京这些年建设非常的迅速。现在已经发展到了北京四环以外。一位老太太给我们介绍三里河区的一个小区，她说里面的房价现在是12000￥/m2，而同样漂亮的房子在四环以外只需要3000￥/m2，一般人很难在北京的繁华地段买到住房亚。 哎！首都的房价就是天价亚。
后来在公车上又遇到一对夫妇，他们家在河北，这次特到北影去给他们即将参加高考的儿子考察新闻广播系的状况。看来天下父母都是那么关心他们的孩子呀。预祝他们的儿子能够高考如愿！
第一次在北京逗留这么长时间，感到很新鲜。

The Mathematical Modeling Contest Award Meeting
This morning I joined in the Mathematical Modeling Contest Award Meeting at Administration Building.
Mr.Shang Shouting presided this meeting. We were astonished that the meeting had invited the domestic Mathematical Modeling Contest inaugurator, Dr.Jiang Qiyuan from Tsinghua. We were all glad at his short speech at the meeting.
This meeting is very successful. It will sure promote the growth of our school's Mathematical Modeling Contest.

The Demos Integration
There are a lot of demo videos of all research lab of HIT-CS. But each time when guests visit the demos it is very troubled. So we need a integration of these demos.
I prepare to do it. Firstly, I was asked to do a html page or a prohramme to display them. But when I do it, I found out that a html page or a programme is not convenient and easily to be modified. At last, I decided to make a beautiful powerpoint to integrate the demos.
So this evening I constructed the frame and sended it to be checked.

Exp_WSD
From last night to this morning, I was soing the new experiments for WSD.
But the results displayed that our new method for WSD was not good enough to improve the equivalence of ANN for WSD.
I told this result to Mr.Lzm. He told me that at this time last year, he did a experiment using another algorithm and got results like mine.
Our method is with some error, I think so. So we must improve the method.

How to keep enthusiasm on your research
How to keep enthusiasm on your research? This is a current problem which I am thinking about.
If you haven't careful arrange about your research content and you haven't achieved exciting results of your research, I think you will soon lose interest on your research.
Somebody said that doing research is bald and you will be thinking and thinking without any enough development.
But I think doing research is very interesting as doing project. If you have truly love your research content and according to your research and studying plan you will be excited everytime.
There is another very importent item for keeping enthusiasm that you should do things regularly. If you have been interupted by some unexpected things, you should resume your primary plan at once or you will collapse.
Keep doing practice is another important thing can be good for your keeping enthusiasm on your research.
In a word, arranging careful, doing regulaly, doing practice is the key for keeping enthusiasm on your research.

Ache all over
Last afternoon, our Lab held the table tennis and badminton match.
Yesterday morning, our lab held a football match. Our Lab's Dream Team vs. All-Star Team. The match began at 9:20am and ended at 10:15. Finally by common consent we made a tie.
This morning, I got up at 9:00 with aching all over.
This is the result of the lack of practice this two months.
Doing practice is good for health and work, so we should keep on.

IRLab's 2003 Summarization
At 618, 1:00pm, all members of IRLab incliuding Prof.Sheng Li took part in the IRLab's 2003 Summarization.
Dr.Tliu gave us a very full summarization including following aspects: Items, Research, Lab managment, Personnel Education, Existing problems.
Yeah, last year, our lab achieved great success.
At the end of Dr.Tliu's report, he published the five annual bigh prizers' winner. And Prof.Sheng Li awarded five teachers and students' prize.
After Dr.Tliu's wonderful report, Prof Sheng Li gave us a finnal report. He gave us a lot of good advices. He hope we strengthen our theory lever, programming ability, English level. He gave more emphasis that we must possesse good qualities. He also hope us to write high level papers for publishing on international meeting and magazine. Finally he told us to consider four main parts: strategy, ideas, planning and direction.
After the lab's meetong, all of us went to West Garden Hotel. Under the elaborate organization of Chen Yiheng, Zhao Siqi and Wang Lijuan, we had a very wonderful activitiy.

IR-New-Year Movements
原本定在明天的实验室新年运动项目之一之二的羽毛球、乒乓球比赛改在了今天下午。
实验室的绝大部分成员都来到了乒羽球馆。经过剑心总导的策划，我们IR-梦之队和他们IR-全明星队的羽毛球比赛包括两个双打和一个单打，但是每位队员只能参加其中的一项。经过毛遂自荐和大家选定，最后由gold对决Lee，coast对决Carl，bill&victor对决lzm&Taliux。单打获胜方得一分，双打获胜方得两分。我和Victor对决lzm&Taliux时的比赛精彩纷呈，先是我们胜了第一局，接着我们败下第二局，第三局我们在5：8的败局下15：12获得胜利。
乒乓球比赛更是精彩。Tliu vs. 剑心的比赛最精彩。先是剑心1：11败下一局，第二局好像有所好转，但最后还是负于Tliu老师。张老师 vs zsq 的比赛也较为精彩。
总之，今天大家玩得都很开心。想想实验室的成员继上次乒乓球 vs Mtlab后就没有这样饶有兴致的全体运动过了。卢老师说得好“这种运动机会不是很多，所以要好好打。”今天卢老师体力充沛得惊人，连续打了多场羽毛球和乒乓球，一直运动到最后。

Brief Summary of last month
During this afternoon, I am writing the brief summary of last month.
This is the second time of my writing monthly summary.
I conclude my works last month into five main points: NN-WSD experiments, simply word sense label system, WSD studying, FSNLP studying, Rough Set experiments' preparing. I have done them parallely.
After I have written my brief summary, I know my works of last month clearly. And I make a brief plan for the coming month.
Yeah, Making brief summary is very important. As you writing it, you will be more clearly instread of confounded.
