MS^3

This evening, there was a Microsoft Master(MS^2) Student Program. We, thirty interns, had a nice first class. From 6:00pm, Harry gave a welcome talk and Hua began to introduce the main class content. First we were divided into six groups with five persons respectively. Then we had a short order with Pizza. During our supper 20 minutes, we had to be familiar with each other. As one of our group member would be selected to give a short presentation about the group members’ information.

Haibin Huang, Taifeng Wang, Yinghua Zhou, Jing Wang, and I were in group one. After our brainstorm, we got our group name: MS^3. We are MicroSoft interns. Now we were doing Machine translation(me), Search technology(Taifeng, Yinghua, Jingwang). So our name was MS^3. We all believed it was a cool name.

During the ongoing four hours, we had the first class. It was more on introduction of Microsoft History, Value, state of the Art.

Until 10:50pm, we finished the first class. We all thought it was very long. However, it was a good chance for knowing many fresh guys. There were eight similar classes left. We would spend our free time in three weeks for it.vMS^3
