Graphical Model

Nowadays, we discussed some questions on graphical model. In a word, graphical model was a combination of probability theory and graph theory. It was very useful for machine learning and data mining. Now there were many graphical models. The topology of them was as follows:

In this picture, I knew only the root Gaussian, Mixture of Gaussions, HMM,and PCA. The others were strange to me. I should learn more about it. There was a nice slides on Graphical Models and Applications . You would know more about graphical model from it.
